How will my order be shipped (UK)?
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 days. We use DPD tracked next day. If a mobile is provided we will include this on your tracking information for you to be able to manage and track your delivery.
Can I return my products?
Yes, if you are unhappy with your product please email Sophie at info@rosyroo.co.uk to arrange a return and refund. Proof of purchase may be asked.
What are the ingredients?
Our diffusers are made with fragrance oils, diffuser base and colourant. This blend is designed to mimic familiar scents.
We are pleased to confirm the fragrance oils used are parabens and phthalates-free. I would like to note, people can have allergic reactions to both fragrance oils and essential oils so it is best to check the ingredients, especially if someone is sensitive to cosmetics or fragrances.
We also have a dedicated CLP page you can find in the footer. This lists ingredients per product.
Our sprays mists and perfumes are a blend of fragrance and/or essential oils with a skin friendly alcohol based dilutant.
How do I use my car diffuser?
Instructions
1. Shake the bottle to enhance fragrance
2. Hold the bottle upright
3. Take out the stopper
4. Slip on the clip then twist the cork lid on
5. Add the reed sticks
6. Clip bottle onto the car vent with the clip. Do not allow reed balls to touch the car to avoid damage.

How do I use my room diffuser?
Instructions
1. Remove the diffuser and reeds from the packaging
2. Remove the plastic stopper in the diffuser whilst the bottle is upright to avoid spilages
3. Twist the wooden top on the diffuser and stop twisting once you feel resistance
4. Insert 1 or 3 reed sticks to manage diffuser strength
5. There should not be any diffuser liquid on the bottle. If there is, wipe the diffuser with a damp cloth before putting it on any surface

How do I use my spray mist?
Simply spray the mist 1-3 times in your space. Hold 10-15cm away from fabric when spraying.
